Abstract: In allusion to the issues in oil sampling test, analysis on sampling method, sampling system principle, choice of sampling spot, sample treatment and sampling safety is made and relative treatment measures are proposed. It is of significance to solve these issues in ensuring equity during oil custody transfer metering, eliminating dispute and guarantee accuracy and reliability of custody transfer metering data.
