间歇输油降低能耗的效果分析

Effectiveness Analysis on Energy Consumption Reducing of Intermittent Oil Transportation Process

  • 摘要: 安廊输油管道输量低于其最小设计允许值, 需掺水顶油输送。通过优化利用现有旧集输管道, 对安A站内300 m3储罐进行了技术改造, 提出了高出口输油, 低出口输污水的间歇输油技术方案。实践证明, 间歇输油方式可确保管道的长期安全运行, 且节能降耗效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Oil throughput in Anlang Oil Pipeline is lower than its minimum allowable design throughput, therefore, watered transportation process have to be put into operation. Through utilizing the existed old oil gathering pipelines optimally, technical reform is made on a 300 m3's tank at An-A station and a technical program of intermittent oil transportation process is put forward to transport oil at a high outlet and discharge settling water at a low outlet of the tank. Reform result shows that this process can ensure long-term safe operation of the pipeline with a remarkable effectiveness in energy saving and consumption reducing.
