Abstract: Taking the actual application of rubber-cup pig in Jingxi Gas Pipeline as an example, employment principle of the pig and its advantages and shortcomings are introduced, and relative technical improvement measures are put forward. These technical improvement measures have been carried out in the operation of the pipeline and better pigging effectiveness has been obtained.
