Influencing of Vapor-phase Residual Pressure of LPG Tanker on Loading Metering

  • 摘要: 以丙烯罐车为例, 分析了LPG装车计量中产生误差的原因。提出了气相成分取样分析、规定罐车压力上限和使用高扬程泵机组等控制LPG罐车气相余压, 减少装车计量误差的方法。

     

    Abstract: Taking the propylene tanker as an example, causes of error produced during metering of LPG tanker' s loading are analyzed. Methods for sampling analysis of vapor-phase components, setting up pressure upper limit of LPG tanker and control the vapor-phase residual pressure of LPG tanker by means of high- lift pump sets and decreasing metering error in loading process are proposed.
