量程自动切换的原油含水率预测方法

Prediction Method for Crude Oil's Water Contend Based on Automatic Range Switching

  • 摘要: 驱油剂、破乳剂的注入引起含水原油介电常数的较大变化, 难以实现原油含水率的精确测量。基于现场仪表测量值和手工分析值, 应用人工神经网络在线预测原油含水率, 采用硬件在线调整和软件实时预测相结合的方法, 可有效提高原油含水率测量精度, 对原油生产和降低生产成本具有实际应用价值。

     

    Abstract: It is hard to measure the water content of crude oil precisely because the dielectric constant of crude oil varies greatly when displacing agent and emulsion breaker are injected. Based on field data collected from gauges and manual analysis values, using BP neural network to predict crude oil's water content and through the method of on-line hardware adjusting combined with software real-time predicting, measuring precision of crude oil's water content can be improved effectively, which is of remarkable significance in ensuring oil production and cutting down production cost.
