Leak Calculation Model for High-pressure Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了输气管道泄漏率的大孔模型和管道模型的特点及求解方程。分析了泄漏孔的孔径与管径等参数对大孔模型管道内压力、温度和气体泄漏率的影响。随着泄漏孔的孔径与管径比值(d/D)的增大, 泄漏点压力和温度降低, 气体泄漏率增加。提出可以用泄漏孔的孔径与管径的比值(d/D)作为工程计算的模型应用判断条件。在90%的准确度下, 当d/D≥0.6时, 使用管道模型计算泄漏率简单方便; 当0.2 < d/D < 0.6时, 宜采用大孔模型。

     

    Abstract: Characteristics and solving equations for large-opening model and pipeline model of leakage rate of gas pipeline are introduced. Influence of parameters in opening size and pipe diameter of leak opening on internal pressure of pipe, temperature and gas leak rate of the large-opening model is analyzed. With the increase of ratio in opening size vs pipe diameter (d/D) of leak opening, pressure and temperature of the leak opening, the gas leak rate increases. It is pointed out that the d/D of leak opening can be taken as a judgment condition in engineering calculation. Under the condition of 90%accuracy, the pipe leak model can be used to calculate leak rate when d/D≥0.6 and large-opening model can be used when 0.2<d/D< 0.6.
