长输油气管道强度与优化设计软件

Strength and Optimized Design Software for Long-distance Oil/Gas Pipelines

  • 摘要: 依据有关管道工程设计规范及管道强度、稳定性与优化设计理论, 开发了油气长输管道强度与优化设计分析系统软件。该分析软件可完成管道常规设计、抗震设计、穿跨越设计、管道稳定性分析、固定墩设计和隧道内管道优化设计等工作。以西气东输工程隧道管道固定墩推力计算为例, 对比了PIPSOD和商用有限元软件的计算结果, 最大相对误差为4.2%, 计算结果可靠, 可满足油气管道工程强度与优化设计的要求。

     

    Abstract: According to pipeline design codes and the theory in pipeline strength, stability and optimization, a long-distance oil/gas pipeline strength and optimization design software(PIPSOD) is developed. The software can perform pipeline's conventional design, aseismic design, crossing design, stability analysis, anchor block design and tunnel pipeline optimized design. Taking thrust calculation for tunnel pipe anchor in West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project as an example, calculation results between PIPSOD software and commercial finite element software are compared, with maximum relative error of 4. 2%, which demonstrates it reliability. It meets the requirement of strength and optimized design of oil/gas pipelines.
