Optimization of Gas Pipeline Design Scenario Based on Layering IJvaluation Method

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于正交设计并结合层次分析法、灰色关联法和模糊综合评判法的分层评价方法, 用来评价输气管道设计方案。该方法根据正交设计和多指标的模糊综合评判方法确定满足实际管道工程的最优工艺参数组合, 然后从预选方案中选出满足工艺参数组合的较好方案, 通过对较好方案的四项技术经济指标值进行比较, 得出最优方案。实例分析表明, 用分层评价方法实现输气管道设计方案的优选是可行有效的。

     

    Abstract: A layering evaluation method integrated with orthogonal design, analytical hierarchy process, gray correlative analysis is put forward to assess design scenario for gas pipeline. This method can be used to determine optimal technical parameter combination to satisfy actual pipeline engineering based on orthogonal design and multiple indexes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then better scenario can be selected from preselective scenarios to meet the needs of technical parameter combination, and optimal design scenario can be obtained through comparison between the better scenarios contained 4 technical and economic index values. Cases analysis display that the layering evaluation method is available and feasible for realizing optimal selection in design of gas pipeline scenario.
