成品油管道停输时段压力变化分析
Analysis of Pressure Change in Oil Product Pipeline during Shut-down Period

摘要: 针对多条成品油管道停输后出现管道压力降低的现象, 讨论了油品温度和管道所处地形对停输管道压力的影响, 同时结合西部成品油管道的现场数据展开分析。建立了考虑地形因素影响的成品油管道停输阶段温度压降计算模型, 模拟了成品油管道停输阶段因打孔盗油和泄漏导致的管道压力变化, 并与管道停输的温度压降进行对比分析。基于分析计算结果, 制定了西部成品油管道的停输保压方案。Abstract: In allusion to the phenomena of pressure decrease in several oil product pipelines after shutting down, influence of oil temperature and pipeline's terrain on the pressure of pipeline shut-down are discussed and analysis is made based on field data of West Oil Product Pipeline. A mathematical model which takes terrain factors into account to calculate temperature and pressure drop of oil product pipeline in shut-down period is established, pressure change induced by oil stolen and leakage in shut-down period is simulated and comparison and analysis are made between the pressure change and the temperature and pressure drop of the pipeline shut-down. Pressure maintaining program in shut-down period for West Oil Product Pipeline are set up based on the analysis and calculation result.
