热油管道石蜡沉积层的传热特性

Heat Transfer Characteristics for Wax Deposit Layer of Hot Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 将埋地热油管道的温度场简化为二维非稳态传热问题, 建立了管内原油、管内石蜡沉积层和管外土壤三个区域传热特性的数学模型。在模拟条件下, 计算了管道正常运行和停输过程中, 在不同石蜡沉积层厚度下, 管外的土壤温度场变化和石蜡沉积层内平均油温随时间的变化。

     

    Abstract: Temperature field of buried hot oil pipeline is simplified as two-dimensional unsteady state heat transfer issue to set up mathematical models for heat transfer characteristics in such three regions as oil, wax deposit layer and soil. Under simulation conditions, variation in soil temperature field and mean oil temperature with time for wax deposit layer are calculated during pipeline running and shut-down period at different layer thickness of wax deposit.
