加剂高凝原油析蜡规律研究

Study on Wax Deposit Law of PPD-injected Heavy Waxy Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 以2008年西部原油管道加剂输送吐哈和哈油时油头油尾出现油品凝点超高现象为例, 应用DSC热分析技术分析了加剂油品物性突变原因, 测定了原油的析蜡点、析蜡高峰点、析蜡热焓等特性参数, 并根据测试结果计算了原油含蜡量。

     

    Abstract: Taking West Crude Pipeline transporting blended TuHa Crude and Kazakhstan Crude, with ultra-high set point in head of tender and tail of tender in 2008 as an example, DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) technique is used to analyzed the property mutation reason for the PPB-injected crude oil. Parameters in wax deposit point, wax deposit peak point and wax deposit enthalpy content of the oil were measured and wax content was calculated based on the result measured.
