输油管道加热炉技术现状与发展方向

Current Technological Situation and Developing Direction for Heaters of Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 概述了输油管道加热炉的技术现状, 介绍了直接加热炉和热媒加热炉的结构和技术特点以及运行参数。2008年对中国石油管道公司运行的加热炉实施节能监测, 发现部分直接加热炉的热效率、排烟温度、空气系数和表面温度等技术参数未达到监测合格标准; 热媒加热炉在大修之后, 全部指标达到了监测合格标准。分析了两种加热炉在当前使用中存在的主要问题, 对加热炉未来的研究方向提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Current situation in technology of oil pipeline heaters is described, and structures, technical characters and operation parameters of direct heaters and heat medium heaters are introduced. Energy monitoring to the heater operated in the pipeline of PetroChina Pipeline Company made in 2008 is found out that for partial direct heaters, technical indexes in heat efficiency, fume venting temperature, air coefficient and surface temperature don't meet the requirements of qualified standards; for the heat medium heaters maintained, all indexes meet the requirements of qualified standards. Principal problems existed in current operation for the two-kind of heaters are analyzed and suggestions for future research direction of the heaters are put forward.
