Application of Seawater Pressure Testing Technique on Oil Tanks and Corrosion Control

  • 摘要: 针对大连国家石油储备库10×104 m3浮顶罐试压用淡水量难以满足施工需量的问题,提出了海水试压设计方案。采用临时防护漆加铝合金牺牲阳极方案与海水过滤细化处理相结合的试压方式,可以有效抑制海水腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: Pressure testing on a 100 000 m3 floating roof oil tank with seawater is carried out in Dalian State Petroleum Reservoir. In the light of shortage of potable water as pressure testing medium, seawater pressure testing program is proposed. To control corrosion induced by seawater, a pressure testing technique of "temporary protective paint spraying + aluminum alloy sacrificial anode combined with seawater filtering thinning" is utilized, which can effectively control seawater corrosion to tank plates.
