胍胶隔离技术在海底输油管道上的应用

Application of Guargum Separation Repair Technique in Submarine Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对海底输油管道修复作业,开发了应用胍胶隔离技术进行管道油水置换隔离。通过现场调研、试验室配方筛选、理论计算与分析,确定了胍胶隔离技术方案。现场应用结果表明,该技术不仅可以有效防止海底管道修复作业原油泄漏对环境的污染,而且还具有安全稳定、可靠便捷,费用低廉的优良特性。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to repair operation of submarine oil pipeline, guargum separation repair technique is developed. Scenario on guargum separation repair technique is worked out through field investigation, laboratory formulation screening, theoretical calculation and analysis. Field application results show that this technique can effectively prevent environmental pollution induced by oil leaking during submarine pipeline repair and it is of the excellent characteristics of safe, stable and low cost.
