东临输油管道的技术改造

Technical Improvement of Dongying-Linyi Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 从输油泵、站场工艺管网、旁接油罐及阀门四方面阐述了东营—临邑老线目前存在的问题及其实施改造的必要性,并针对性地提出了相应的改造方案及站场需要更新改建的设施。改造后的东临老线的输送工艺得到了优化,提高了系统的安全性,完善了站内与站外之间阀门的自动化远程调控。

     

    Abstract: Technical problems in Dongying-Linyi Oil Pipeline and the necessity to carry out technical improvement are described from four aspects of pump, process piping networks of station, floating tank and valve, and relative technical program and station facilities needed to be updated or rebuilt are pointedly proposed. Through technical improvement, the transporting process is optimized, safety of pipeline system is increased and automatic remote control on valves located at station and offstation is realized.
