秦京管道水击压力保护方案的改进

Technical Improvement on Surge Protection Program of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对秦京管道输量、输送介质、工艺流程改变及设备的配套更新,原有水击保护方案已不适合当前运营要求的问题,从输油管道瞬变流动过程的控制方法入手,实施技术改造,以完善水击压力保护方案,真正实现压力调节加三级保护。仿真系统验证结果表明,改造后的方案能够实现对秦京管道瞬变过程实施控制。

     

    Abstract: Original surge protection program in Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline is not applicable for current operating requirements because of the variation in oil throughput, transported medium, varied technical process and updated equipments. Therefore, technical improvement on surge protection program is carried out based on transient flow process control of the pipeline to perfect surge protection program so as to truly realize pressure regulation plus "3-level" protection. Verification results from simulation system show that the new surge protection program can realize transient flow process control of the pipeline.
