裂纹内检测技术应用于管道螺旋焊缝的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Internal Detection Technology for Crack in Spiral Seam Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对东北管网多次发生螺旋焊缝开裂事故的事实,研究了造成螺旋焊缝开裂事故的缺陷类型和特征。从超声裂纹内检测器的工作原理、工况需求等方面分析了在东北管网对螺旋焊缝缺陷进行超声裂纹检测的可行性。受到超声发射、接收探头以及管道内表面清洁度等因素限制,认为在东北管网对螺旋焊缝缺陷实行超声裂纹内检测具有一定的局限性。

     

    Abstract: Defect categories and features of spiral seam cracking are studied based on spiral seam cracking facts in Northeastern Oil Pipeline Networks. Feasibility to apply ultrasonic detection technology to inspect spiral seam defects in the networks is analyzed from work principle and operating demands of ultrasonic cracks internal detector. It is considered that certain limitations are existed in applying the ultrasonic detection technology to inspect spiral seam to Northeastern Oil Pipeline Networks due to the influencing factors in ultrasonic wave emission, receiving probe and cleanness of pipe surface.
