低温输送0号柴油的析蜡溶蜡研究

Research of Wax Deposit and Dissolution of 0# Diesel Transported at Low Temperature

  • 摘要: 为解决0号柴油在低温下的管输问题,开展了0号柴油的析蜡、溶蜡规律试验,分析了0号柴油析蜡量随温度、时间的变化规律,以及不同温度下柴油和汽油的溶蜡时间规律。根据苏霍夫公式的计算结果,绘制了南方某石化公司厂际间成品油管道的温降曲线;并对该成品油管道在环境温度低于析蜡点温度时的输送方案提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: To conduct 0# diesel transportation at low temperature, experiment on the law of wax deposit and dissolution is carried out. Variation laws of wax deposit volume for 0# diesel with temperature and time as well as time laws of wax dissolution for diesel and gasoline at different temperatures are analyzed. Based on calculation results from Sukhov equation, temperature drop curve figures of some petrochemical product pipeline in South China are mapped. Suggestion on transportation scenario for the diesel transported when ambient temperature is lower than wax precipitation point temperature is proposed.
