水性降凝剂BEM-6N的研制与应用

Synthesis and Application of Water-base PPD BEM-6N

  • 摘要: 概述了降凝剂的作用机理,包括晶核、吸附、共晶三个方面。利用乳化法制备了水性降凝剂BEM-6N。以大庆油和青海油为对象,研究了降凝剂形态、热处理时间、热处理温度等条件对降凝剂作用的影响。对比分析了降凝剂室内评价和现场评价结果,认为降凝剂的室内评价方法存在局限性,将降凝剂稀释成质量分数较低的有机溶剂不一定合理。对水性降凝剂BEM-6N的室内评价方法和现场应用提出建议,保证降凝剂的凝点低于输油泵入口原油的温度。

     

    Abstract: Effect mechanism of PPD is described, including crystal nucleus, adsorption and eutectic. Water-base PPD BEM-6N is synthesized with emulsification method. Taking Daqing Crude Oil and Qinghai Crude Oil as experimental objects, influence of PPD morphology, heat treatment time and temperature on effect of PPD is researched. The paper compares and analyzes PPD evaluation results from laboratory testing and field testing, and considers that laboratory evaluation results of PPD exists a certain limitation and it is uncertainly rational to thin the PPD into organic solvent with lower mole fraction. Suggestion on laboratory evaluation method and field application for water-base PPD BEM-6N is proposed that the set point of the PPD should be lower than the inlet temperature of oil pumps.
