钢质天然气管道弯头壁厚设计

Wall Thickness Design of Elbow for Steel Pipeline of Natural Gas

  • 摘要: 现行的输气管道相关规范规定,弯头壁厚δ是弯头所连接的直管段管壁的计算厚度。分析了相关压力管道设计规范及管道和弯头的壁厚计算公式和程序,并以某工程天然气管道为例进行了壁厚计算,提出了应依据直管段最终选定壁厚来计算和确定弯头壁厚的建议。

     

    Abstract: Current gas pipeline standards states that δ, the wall thickness of elbow, is a calculated wall thickness of straight pipe section that the elbow connected. This paper analyzes relative design standards of pressure pipeline, and wall thickness equations and calculation procedures about pipes and elbows. Taking some gas pipeline as an example, wall thickness calculation of elbow is carried out, and a recommendation in calculation and determination of wall thickness of elbow based on final selected wall thickness of straight pipe section is proposed.
