固定顶油罐与油气回收集成工艺研究

Research on Integrated Process of Fixed Roof Tanks with Vapor Recovery System

  • 摘要: 针对内浮顶油罐在使用过程中存在蒸发损耗、计量误差和有效利用系数低等问题,在油库装油区安装了油气回收装置的基础上,对固定顶油罐与油气回收集成工艺的技术、经济可行性进行了研究。研究结果表明,此集成工艺在最终油气排放量的控制上优于内浮顶油罐储油工艺,且整体效益也较高,固定顶油罐与油气回收集成工艺是一种较为先进的轻质油品储存工艺。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems in evaporation loss, high metering error and low utilization coefficient with internal roof tank, vapor recovery system is installed in oil loading section of tankfarm, and technical and economic feasibility study on integrated process of fixed roof tanks with vapor recovery system is carried out. Study results show that this integrated process appears superior over the internal floating roof tank in the respects of final vapor emission control and overall economic benefit. Integrated process of fixed roof tanks with vapor recovery technology is a more advanced process in light oil storage technology.
