Study on Restart of Crude Oils Batch Pipelined with Different Outlet Temperature

  • 摘要: 建立了冷热原油交替输送停输再启动过程的数学模型,采用有限差分法和有限容积法相结合的研究方法对其复杂的停输再启动过程进行数值模拟,所编制的软件能计算管道再启动站间的温度、压力和流量的恢复过程,考察了停输时机对停输再启动过程的影响。研究成果可为冷热原油交替输送管道安全停输时间的确定提供技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Batch pipelining crude oils with different outlet temperature is a new technology of crude oil transportation. In this paper, a mathematical model is established to investigate the restart process of this transportation after its shutdown. A finite volume scheme combined with a finite difference method is used to discretize the governing equation. The developed software can compute the transient oil temperature, pressure, and flow rate recovering process. The effects of different shutdown time on the recovering process are studied. The research outcome can be used to guide the safely batch pipelining crude oils with different outlet temperature.
