变频电驱压缩机组运行中应注意的问题及对策

Technical Problems and Measures in the Operation of Frequency-variable Generator-driven Compressor Units

  • 摘要: 以西气东输管道工程(一线)建设为例, 分析了中压大功率变频电驱压缩机组出现的问题, 并提出了相应的处理对策。针对外部循环冷却水系统, 提出了防冻、净化水质、优化工艺设计等处理对策; 针对滤波室排风, 提出了优化通风方式、控制温度等处理对策; 针对压缩空气系统, 提出了安装干燥装置等处理对策; 针对润滑油系统, 提出了优化电源、优化冬季启动程序等对策。

     

    Abstract: Taking the construction of First West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project as an example, problems existed in high-power frequency-variable generator-driven compressor are analyzed and relative solutions are presented.For external cycling cooling water system, measures in anti-frost.purity of water and optimization of process design are put forward; for venting of filter chamber, methods for optimized ventilation and temperature control are put forward; for compressed air system, the measure to install drying equipment is presented and for lubricant system, measures to optimize power supply and startup procedure in winter are provided.
