在役管道三轴高清漏磁内检测技术

Three-axis High-resolution MFL Internal Inspection Technology for In-service Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了在役管道三轴高清漏磁内检测技术的基本原理, 比较了它与传统漏磁内检测技术的异同点, 分析了该检测器所检出缺陷的信号特征、检测器的应用特点等。结合实际检测案例, 通过分析检测发现的金属损失、金属增加、环焊缝缺陷及螺旋焊缝缺陷等缺陷和信号特征, 探讨了该技术的实用性和先进性。

     

    Abstract: Basic principle of three-axis high-resolution MFL internal inspection technology is introduced, differences of this technology with conventional MFL internal inspection technology are compared and signal indications located in the defects examined by the technology and application characteristics of the technology are analyzed.Combined with actual inspection case, defects and signal indications detected in metal loss, metal increase, girth weld defects and spiral weld defects and so on are analyzed, and practicability and superiority of this technology are discussed.
