江苏油田W2断块防垢防腐复合技术的应用

Application of Complex Technology on Scale and Corrosion Control in W2 Fault Block of Jiangsu Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了油井结垢腐蚀的原因及防治措施, 针对江苏油田油井及输油管道结垢腐蚀现状, 对防垢剂和防腐剂进行了复配试验研究。通过室内匹配性试验、静态防垢率试验、防垢动力学(结垢诱导期) 试验和电化学试验, 对不同防垢剂防腐剂进行了评价, 筛选出复配效果较好的防垢剂和防腐剂进行现场试验。现场应用结果表明, 管道平均腐蚀速率降低, 油井结垢腐蚀现象明显减少, 延长了集输管道的使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Cause of scale corrosion of oil well and control measures are introduced.In allusion to the scale corrosion situation of oil wells and oil pipelines in Jiangsu Oilfield, formulation experiments on scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor are carried out.Laboratory experiments on formulation, static anti-scale rate.anti scale dynamics (scaling induction period) electrochemistry are made to evaluate different scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors.Field experiment is conducted on the determined scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors with satisfactory performances.Site application results indicate that mean corrosion rate of pipelines is declined and scale corrosion of oil wells is effectively controlled, which elongate the service life of gathering pipelines.
