温度对高凝成品油管壁结蜡规律影响的研究

Study of Temperature Influence on Pipe Wall Wax Deposit Law of High Pour Point Oil Product

  • 摘要: 成品油管道常温顺序输送中的析蜡问题是影响管道安全运行和管理的重要因素之一。通过试验, 探讨了高凝成品油输送温度和管壁温差对管壁结蜡层厚度的影响, 得出了输油温度和温差与结蜡层厚度的函数关系, 对于预测结蜡规律有一定的参考作用。

     

    Abstract: Wax deposit issue is one of the important impact factors on safety operating and management of oil product batch transportation pipeline.By means of experiment, influence of transportation temperature of high pour point oil products and temperature differences of pipe wall on wax deposit thickness of pipe wall is discussed.and functional relationship between transporting temperature and temperature differences to wax deposit thickness is obtained, which can be used as a reference in predicting wax deposit law of pipe wall.
