天然气管网压力能用于NGH储气调峰的设想

Thoughts on NGH Gas Storage and Peak Shaving with Pressure Energy for Natural Gas Networks

  • 摘要: 对当前国内外解决燃气调峰问题采用的主要方式进行了对比分析, 提出了天然气水合物(NGH)的技术优势, 综述了NGH的结构特点、储气特性及其制备、储存和气化过程。利用㶲分析法分析了天然气管网可利用的压力能, 并提出了压力能的回收利用流程。认为将高压天然气调压过程中产生的工艺冷能与天然气水合物的制备工艺有机结合, 可促进天然气水合物的高效生成, 简化天然气水合物的生成设备, 丰富冷能的利用方式。

     

    Abstract: Comparison and analysis are carried out on current gas peak shaving techniques at home and abroad. The paper describes technical advantages of NGH and summarizes structural characteristic of NGH, gas storage performance and processes in its manufacture, storage and gasification.Analysis method is adopted to research the usable pressure energy of gas networks and recovery and utilization technological process for the pressure energy are presented.It is considered that combining process cold energy produced during high—pressure gas peaking with NGH manufacture process can promote effective generation of NGH, simplify manufacture equipments of NGH and multiply utilization manners of cold energy.
