PIPELEAK Pipeline Leak Detection and Location System and its Application

  • 摘要: PIPELEAK管道检漏与定位系统综合利用质量守恒、波敏法和动态方程等方法完成管道的泄漏检测、报警与定位。利用SCADA系统提供的实时生产数据, 通过PIPELEAK管道检漏与定位软件的仿真计算, 长庆油田实现了原油外输管道泄漏的实时检测、报警与定位。实际应用表明, PIPELEAK管道检漏与定位系统的敏感性、可靠性和定位精度较好, 可为管道生产安全提供积极有效的保障。

     

    Abstract: PIPEI.EAK Pipeline Leak Detection and Location System use mass conservation, pressure-wave sensibility and dynamic equation methods to conduct leak detection, alarm and location of pipelines comprehensively.Based on real-time operation data obtained from SCADA system and through this system's simulation calculation, real—time detecting, alarming and locating on leakage of transportation pipeline in Changqing Oilfield are realized.Field application displays that this system has better sensitivity, reliability and accuracy in location, which can provide an important technical support in safe operation of pipeline.
