油库发油系统水击控制关阀方案

Scheme of Valve Shut-off to Control Water Hammer of Oil Unloading System n Tankfarm

  • 摘要: 根据电动球阀的特性, 结合油库发油系统管道特性, 利用特征线法, 对油库发油系统的水击控制进行了关阀方案研究, 并与实测数据进行了对比分析。研究结果表明, 在给定的条件下, 三段连续关阀控制水击效果最优; 第一段快关, 第二、三段慢关, 且在第二、三段关闭总时间为一段关闭时间的4~ 5倍, 第一段关闭角度为第二、三段关闭角度的2.7~ 3.5倍时, 消除水击效果最佳; 在其它条件相同的情况下, 阀门第三段关闭为抛物控制时比线性控制更好。

     

    Abstract: Based on property of electrical ball valve and combined with pipeline characteristic of oil unloading system in tankfarm。valve shut—off scheme to control water hammer of the system is researched with characteristic method and comparison and analysis between theoretical result and measured data are carried out.Results show that under the given condition, continuous three—step valve closure to control surge is most effective, that is, the first step should pass quickly, and the second and third step should pass slowly. And it is most effective to control surge when total time of the last two steps closure is 4 to 5 times than that of the first step, and closure angle of the first step is 2.7 to 3.5 times than that of the last two steps. Under the same operating condition, parabola control to close valve during the third step is better than that of linear control.
