天然气超音速引射升压调峰系统研究与应用

Study and Application of Supersonic Ejeetor System for Natural Gas Peak-shaving

  • 摘要: 针对我国天然气球罐在储气调峰中利用率不高的现状,提出了一种超音速引射器与高压球罐协同引射调峰的新技术。介绍了起音速引射升压调峰的基本原理,分析了引射器出口压力、引射器工作气体压力以及工作喷管几何尺寸对引射器性能的影响,用以指导超音速引射器的优化设计,给出了日引射调峰的典型操作流程和应用实例。

     

    Abstract: The paper proposes a novel natural gas peak—shaving technology which features supersonic ejector work together with high—pressure spherical tank, to solve the low utilization rate of natural gas spherical tanks for gas peaking in present situation.The principle of supersonic peak—shaving ejector is introduced. The influences of ejector outlet pressure, ejector working gas pressure and nozzle geometry on the ejector performance are studied, which can guide the optimized design of supersonic ejector.Typical example on operation and application of injection peak shaving is given in the paper.
