油气管道站场生产设备使用寿命研究

Service Life Study of Operating Equipment at Stations of Oil and Gas Pipelines

  • 摘要: 提出自然寿命、经济寿命、技术寿命是衡量油气管道站场设备使用寿命的三个指标。介绍了确定站场设备经济寿命的两种计算方法, 最小平均费用法是通过年均运行维护费和年均折旧费来计算年均使用成本; 低劣化数值法从年低劣化数值入手, 考虑了设备占用资金的年利息等因素。采用不同方法, 举例计算了设备的最佳更新期。

     

    Abstract: Indexes in natural life.economic life and technical life to weigh service life of operating equipments at stations of oil and gas pipelines are presented.Two calculation methods to determine economic life of equipments at the stations are introduced.Minimum mean expense method is used to calculate yearly mean service costs through yearly mean operating and maintenance charges and yearly mean depreciation charges; degeneracy value method of equipments covers over the factors in yearly interests of occupied capital for equipments based on yearly degeneracy values.The optimized renewal period of equipments is calculated with different methods by a case.
