场站流量调节阀的技术改造实践

摘要: 在天然气长输管道分输站调压计量支线中增加流量调节阀, 利用流量调节阀进行流量控制, 可以有效满足实现气量调配、保护相关工艺设备、抑制喘流等工艺需求, 并能缓解峰谷差对分输站的压力。但在下游用户用气量无法满足持续稳定流量(峰谷差较大的工况) 条件下, 只有配备可更换阀芯的流量调节阀, 在供气过程中根据在装孔板孔径配备相应的阀芯, 才能真正发挥流量控制作用, 该做法在实践中取得了良好的流量调节效果。阐述了流量调节阀的技术改造过程。Abstract: Under such working conditions that when the gas volume of downstream users can not he kepi at a sustained supply.at higger peak-valley differences, flow control valves may he installed at metering branch of gas offtake station to make flow control.It is pointed out that the control method has some problem in practicality.but the problem can he settled if the control valve is provided with replaceable ram and alloca-ted with relative rams based on the diameter of installed orifice flowmeter during gas supply to allow the flow control valve really to play a role of flow control.It is described in the paper that the technical reform to the flow control valve at gas offtake station is of significance in reducing metering loss.distributing gas flowrate.restraining turbulent flow and supporting stable gas supply.
