西气东输二线阀室放空系统设置

Allocation of Venting System for Valve Chambers of the Second West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 开展了西气东输二线阀室放空立管系统的设置研究, 确定了放空方式、放空立管直径、放空管高度及其与阀室的距离等参数。采用PHAST软件, 对放空立管出口处可燃性气体的扩散过程进行了定量模拟, 给出了可燃性气体意外燃烧热影响强度和范围。

     

    Abstract: Research on the allocation of venting standpipe system for valve chambers of the Second West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline is conducted, and parameters of venting way.venting pipe diameter and venting height and its distance from valve chambers are determined.Quantitative simulation on diffusion process of combustible gas at the outlet of venting stand pipe is carried out, and heat-affected intensity and range of accidental burning of combustible gas are provided.
