长输管道跨越结构的力学检测与安全评估

Mechanical Inspection and Safety Assessment on Overhead Crossing Structure of Long-distance Pipelines

  • 摘要: 总结了长输管道跨越结构的力学检测内容和方法, 包括外观检查、索力测试及动力检测。以忠武输气管道马水河悬索跨越为研究对象, 进行了脉动试验和风载动力试验。验算和分析了构件在风荷载、裹冰荷载作用下的位移和内力, 计算了构件在多种荷载共同作用下的应力。综合评价了该跨越结构的技术状况和安全性。

     

    Abstract: Mechanical inspection contents and methods of overhead crossing structure in long-distance pipelines are summarized, including visual inspection, cable strength test and dynamic force inspection.Taking Mashuihe River suspension overhead crossing structure of Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline as an research object, pulsating and wind load dynamics experiments are conducted.Calculation on displacement and inner force of overhead crossing structure at wind load and ice-wrapped load are checked and analyzed, and stresses of overhead crossing structure at multiple loads are computed.Comprehensive assessment on technology and safety of the structure is carried out.
