RMD焊接技术在西气东输二线工程中的应用

Application of RMD Welding Technology in the Second West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 介绍了短路电流控制技术(CCC) 和精确控制短路过渡焊接技术(RMD) 的特点, 在西气东输二线管道工程的应用检测结果表明, RMD焊接技术操作简便, 工艺性能稳定, 焊口力学性能符合要求, 可以应用于我国长输管道工程建设, 并有望成为该领域的主流技术之一。

     

    Abstract: Characteristics of Controlled Current Short-circuiting technology CCCC) and Regulated Metal Deposi-tion (RMD) welding technology are introduced.Application and inspection results for CCC and RMD used in the Second West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Project display that RMD welding technology is easy to use with stable process property, and mechanical performance of weld bead meets the needs of relative requirements.It is considered that this technology can be used in construction of domestic long-distance pipelines and is hopeful of becoming one of the mainstream technologies in welding field.
