龙忠输气管道干燥剂的应用比选

Application and Selection of Desiccant for Longmen-Zhongxian Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对我国川渝地区天然气多含H2S、CO2等腐蚀介质的情况, 研究了H2S和CO2的腐蚀机理和几种醇干燥剂的物理特性, 旨在采取有效措施控制这类腐蚀。以龙忠输气管道为例, 从技术性、经济性和抑制腐蚀三个方面比较分析了甲醇、乙二醇和三甘醇作为干燥剂的可行性, 指出乙二醇本身吸水性良好, 成本低, 可在一定程度上抑制H2S、CO2的腐蚀, 建议龙忠输气管道采用乙二醇作为干燥剂。

     

    Abstract: Natural gas produced in Sichuan and Chongqing areas is characterized by high H2S and CO2 content, and in the light of this problem, corrosion mechanism of H2S and CO2 and physical properties of several desiccants are researched aiming at taking effective measures to control the corrosions.Taking Longmen-Zhongxian Gas Ⅰ ransmission Pipeline as an example, comparison and analysis on the feasibility for methanol.MEG and TEG as desiccants of the pipeline are made from technology, economy and corrosion control.It is pointed out that MEG is a good desiccant with low cost.which can inhibit H2S and CO2 corrosion to a certain degree.Thus MEG is recommended as an effective desiccant for Longmen-Zhongxian Gas Transmission Pipeline.
