输油泵站节能的理论分析与实践

Theoretical Analysis and Practice of Energy Saving for Pumping Stations

  • 摘要: 分析了输油泵站减少主变压器电能损耗以及投入电力电容器进行电力无功补偿的理论依据。以岚山输油泵站为例, 针对站内耗能设备的运行状况, 提出了输油泵站节能措施, 指出根据用电负荷采用一台或两台主变压器运行, 合理开泵, 正确切换站内阀组, 以减少油流在站内的压降和节流所造成的电能损耗。

     

    Abstract: Theoretical foundation on reducing energy loss of master transformer and wattlessly offsetting with power capacitor in pumping station is analyzed.Taking Lanshan Pumping Station as an example, energy saving measures are presented according to operation condition of energy consumption equipments in the pumping station.It is pointed out that one or two master transformers may be put into operation based on electricity consumption load, pumps are run on a rational basis and valves are properly switched in order to reduce pressure drop and power loss induced by throttling within the station.
