忠武管道气液联动阀故障分析及改进措施

Fault Analysis of Gas-liquid Valve and Improvement in Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 忠武输气管道投产以来多次发生气液联动阀误关断事故。分析结果表明, 设备选型不当导致供电系统不可靠以及设备本身缺陷是阀误关断的主要原因。提出了改进供电系统、加强绝缘保护、完善控制软件等整改措施。

     

    Abstract: Faulty shut-off operation of gas-liquid valve had occurred time after time in Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline after its commissioning.Analysis results display that one of the mam causes of the faulty shut-off operation in the gas-liquid valve is the misselection of equipment.which results in low reliability of power supply system, and the other is the defects existed in equipment itself.Technical modification measures on improving power supply system, strengthen insulating protection and perfecting control software are proposed.
