EP系列减阻剂在库鄯输油管道的应用

Application of EP Series DRA in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipelin

  • 摘要: 介绍了减阻剂的减阻原理, 分析了库鄯输油管道的流态。在库鄯输油管道流量基本不变的工况下进行了添加减阻剂试验, 试验结果表明, 当EP系列减阻剂添加量达到60g/t时, 减阻率为29.0%, 增输率为23.1%。

     

    Abstract: Drag reduction principle of DRA is introduced and flow pattern of Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline is analyzed.DRA injection experiment is carried out at basic constant throughput in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline.Experimental results show when the concentration of EP series DRA arrives at 60 g/t, drag reduction efficiency is at 29.0% and throughput increase efficiency is at 23.1%.
