输气站场泄漏事故后果模拟与定量风险评价

Leakage Consequence Simulation and Quantitative Risk Assessment on Gas Offtake Station

  • 摘要: 阐述了天然气泄漏可能导致的火灾或爆炸后果。以某天然气分输站场为例, 采用定量风险评价软件PHAST RISK对其工艺设施和管道发生泄漏或破裂导致的主要事故类型进行了后果模拟和定量风险评价。认为评价结果对于指导制订和实施风险降低措施具有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: Fire or explosion consequences possibly induced by gas leakage are described.Taking some gas offtake station as an example, consequence simulation and quantitative risk assessment on primary categories of accident from process facilities and pipeline leakage or rupture are carried out with PHAST RISK software.The assessment result is of positive significance in guiding the formulation and implementation of risk eliminating measures.
