基于GIS的天然气管道风险评价体系

摘要: 基于欧盟ARAMIS项目的研究成果, 针对管道风险评价体系的研究现状, 建立了一种新的风险定义框架, 风险等于事故严重度与环境脆弱性的乘积。将管道周围区域划分成若干地理单元, 依次评估各地理单元的事故严重度和环境脆弱性, 进而计算风险值。事故严重度和环境脆弱性评估应用管道失效危害相关模型和数据插值方法, 并利用GIS的空间分析和可视化技术, 实现风险的区域化评价和可视化。结合具体实例, 介绍了该风险评价体系对事故严重度评估的实现过程, 并提出了实际应用中存在的问题。Abstract: Based on part of the fruit of research project named ARAIMS(industrial accident risk assessment system) which is carried out by EU and under the present research of pipeline risk assessment system, a new definition framework is established, that is risk = severity X vulnerability.The evaluation process divides regions around pipeline into a number of geographic units to assess the severity and vulnerability for each unit, and then calculates risk value.Pipeline failure threat and data interpolating method are adopted to evaluate the severity and vulnerability.and GIS spatial analysis and visualization technology are used to realize regional evaluation of risk and visualization.Combined with concrete cases, this paper introduces realization process of the risk assessment system on severity and specifies problems existed in application.
