装配型输油管道抢修泄漏量的仿真计算

Simulating Calculation of Leakage Volume in Coupled Petroleum Pipeline's Emergency Repair

  • 摘要: 基于管流瞬变流动理论, 建立了一端封闭的自流管道数学模型, 对装配型输油管道抢修时泄漏量进行了仿真计算。分析与计算结果表明, 抢修过程中油料的泄漏量随抢修管段直径、长度和坡度的增大而增大。

     

    Abstract: Based on pipeline transient flow theory, mathematical model of closing end gravity flow pipeline is built up.Simulating calculation is conducted for liquid leakage volume during emergency repair for coupled petroleum pipeline.Analysis and calculation results show that the liquid leaking volume increases with the increase of pipeline's diameter, length and gradient during emergency repair.
