Study and Progress of On-line Inspection Technology for Vertical Storage Tank

  • 摘要: 阐述了立式储罐在线检测声发射技术、超声检测技术、机器人技术、平板导波技术的基本原理、技术特点和国内外研究发展现状,特别介绍了中国石油管道研究中心在平板导波储罐在线检测技术的最新研究进展。分析了声发射技术和平板导波技术在立式储罐在线检测中的技术问题,提出了立式储罐无损在线检测技术的研究发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Basic principle.technical characteristics and research actualities about vertical storage tank on-line inspection technology in acoustic emission technique, ultrasonic inspection technique, robot technique and planar guided wave at home and abroad are introduced, and the latest progress in the research of planar guided wave for on-line inspection technology of vertical storage tank made by PetroChina Pipeline R & D Center is especially introduced.Teehnical issues existed in acoustic emission technique and planar guided wave technique for on-line inspection of vertical storage tanks are analyzed, and study and development of the on-line inspection technology for vertical storage tanks are put forward.
