临邑首站原油混输工艺改造

Technology Reform of Blending Transportation Process in Linyi Initial Pump Station

  • 摘要: 针对临邑首站输配现状,从给油泵、原油混输工艺流程及混输配比调节等方面提出了临邑首站原油混输的具体改造方案及相关控制要求。实践混输运行表明,改造后的混输系统有利于稳定原油性质和提高管道输送效率。

     

    Abstract: In the light of oil blending transportation situation in Linyi Initial Pump Station,technology reform program and relative control requirements on oil blending transportation process are proposed from oil—feed pump,oil blending transportation process flow and blending rate regulation. Actual blending transportation shows that the blending system reformed is helpful to the stabilization of oil’S property and the increase of pipeline transportation efficiency.
