Abstract: Taking Ningbo—Shanghai—Nanjing Import Oil Pipeline as an example，operation economy for its transportation process of the whole pipeline is analyzed，and opinion to realize optimal operation in import oil transportation is presented based on analysis results，so as to further increase throughput，decrease energy consumption and realize maximum economic target.
