Operation Risk and Innovation of 30000 m3 Dry Seal Gas Holder

  • 摘要: 从密封结构、柜顶钢板、密封油质、闪点等方面分析了30000m3稀油密封干式气柜在运行中存在的问题, 提出了相应的改进措施和建议。经大修改造, 有效提高了30000m3稀油密封干式气柜的运行周期, 延长了使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: Operation risk factors for 30 000 m3 dry seal gas holder are analyzed from seal structure, top steel plate of tne hold, quality of thinning oil and its flash point.Based on analysis results, relative innovation measures and recommendations are presented.Innovation result shows that operation period and service life of the 30000 m3 dry seal gas holder are effectively elongated.
