在线封堵技术在西气东输引压管改造的应用

Application of On-line Stoppling Technology in the Improvement of Pressure Lead-in Pipe in West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对西气东输管道沿线站场和阀室引压管口径小、壁薄, 在压力增大时易发生泄漏的问题, 对全线引压管实施了不停输封堵维改修作业。介绍了小口径管道在线封堵技术方案和施工流程, 以及在施工过程中应考虑的风险因素, 给出了该封堵工艺的适应范围。改造后的引压管壁厚增至5mm, 有效提高了管道运行的安全性。

     

    Abstract: Pressure lead-in pipe used in compressor stations and valve chambers of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline is characterized by small diameter with thin pipe wall and easy to leak when pressure is increased.In allusion to this problem, technical improvement to the pressure lead-in pipes of the whole pipeline with on-line stoppling technology is made.Scenarios in on-line stoppling technology for small— diameter pressure lead-in pipe and improvement steps are introduced, and risk factors possibly existed during the improvement are considered and suitable scope for on-line stoppling technology is provided.The wal! thickness for improved pressure lead-in pipe is increased to 5 mm, which effectively ensure the safety in pipeline operation.
