管道缺陷碳纤维修复技术树脂体系的改进试验

Performance Improving Experiment on Carbon Fiber Resin System for Pipeline Defects Repair Technique

  • 摘要: 针对修复管道缺陷使用的碳纤维材料存在老化、附着力下降等问题, 提出了增强复合材料树脂体系附着力、提高耐冲击性能和加强固化度等的具体措施。通过改进试验, 在树脂配方中添加偶联剂(KH-550)、增韧剂(KZ-686) 等功能性助剂, 提高了树脂体系的综合防腐性能。

     

    Abstract: Carbon fiber material used in pipeline defects repair exists technical issues in aging and low adhesion, therefore, improvement technique to increase the adhesion of composite resin material, enhance its impact resistance and strengthen its solidification is proposed.Through performance improvement experiment, functional agents like coupling agent K H-550 and toughening agent (KZ-686) are added to original resin formulation, which increase comprehensive anti-corrosion performance for the resin system.
