新型CO2缓蚀剂HSJ-1的研制

Synthesis of New CO2 Corrosion Inhibitor HSJ-1

  • 摘要: 利用曼尼希反应合成了一种新型CO2缓蚀剂HSJ-1, 分析了合成温度、合成时间和合成pH值对缓蚀剂效果的影响, 确定了最优合成条件, 获得了对CO2腐蚀具有较好效果的缓蚀剂。这种缓蚀剂适用于油气田管道, 可以有效抑制CO2对管道的腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: A new CO2, inhibitor HSJ-1 is synthesized by Mannich reaction.Influence of synthesis temperature, synthesis time and synthetic pH value on the efficiency of inhibitor is analyzed, optimal synthesis condition is determined and a perfect inhibitor against CO2 corrosion is synthesized.The new corrosion inhibitor can effectiVely inhibit CO2 corrosion and is suitable for the application of the pipelines in oilfield and gas-field.
