埋地管道外检测方法的组合应用与验证

Use and Verification of Exterual Survey Methods for Buried Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了多频管中电流检测法(PCM) 和密间隔电位(CIPS) /直流电位梯度(DCVG) 组合测试方法的技术特点。认为两种方法的组合应用可以检测和评价埋地管道的阴级保护系统及防腐层的工况。应用组合方法对铁大线局部管段进行了检测。通过分析局部管段防腐层和阴极保护的测试结果, 查找到管道涂层存在的破损点, 利用皮尔逊法现场开挖验证并定位。检测结果表明, 该管段局部防腐层严重减薄, 验证了该组合检测方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces technological characteristics of integrated PCM and CIPS/DCVG survey for burifed pipelines.It is considered that operation condition of cathodic protection system and coating can be surveyed and evaluated by the integrated survey method.The integrated survey method is utilized in survey of partial pipe sections of Tieling-Dalian Oil Pipeline.Defect in pipe coating of the pipe section is detected and located with Person Survey.Survey result displays that the thickness of coating in defect is thinner, which verifies the efficiency of the integrated survey method.
